Here's how to resolve this:

Ensure you registered with your official university email address. If not, update your profile with the correct email.

Step 2: Check University Database
Verify your university is in our system by browsing our global academic network. If missing, you can add your university yourself.

Step 3: Faculty Member Access
For faculty-only or instructor-only resources, complete the additional faculty registration form.
Faculty verification takes 2-3 business days. You'll receive confirmation from University Relations via email.
