Hello all,

I am looking to configure ARIS Connect with Kerberos authentication for one of my clients.

The objective is to bypass the login page entirely and allow users to access the ARIS system directly, as they are already authenticated using their Windows credentials on their laptops/machines. I aim to avoid any prompts for login.

Could anyone provide detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to configure ARIS for this setup?

Any guidance or documentation would be greatly appreciated to help ensure smooth implementation.

Hi,

not sure where your problem is located... I attached the official instruction.

Maybe this screenshot also helps -> you find the Kerberos settings in the configuration under --> user management --> Kerberos --> General.
