ARIS Export / import ERROR

Hi,

I have a big problem, I can't Export in ARIS Publisher, I have Error below in Logs export:

com.aris.modeling.common.core.businesspublisher.exception.CreateExportException: transfer/CreateExportException:1.0 Error during execution of ADbUserGroupDAO.populateVisibilityTables (Nested exception: ERROR in populating visibility tables, db = e1_

Can you help me please!!!

Hi Ahmed,

Usually this type of error "ERROR in populating visibility tables" means something wrong to write in table space of external database like Oracle/SQL..

You have to check if table spaces have enough space and the user of Publisher has privileges to write in these table spaces.

However, you have more details about this error if you see the whole log files from the folder:

...work_businesspublisher_X\base\webapps\businesspublisher\log\core
