I've got the following message on log files, when I update Aris Design Server 9.6 with MS SQL to Aris Design Server 9.8.

Hi Alex,

I think that you don't have enough memory on this server to install.

Check the document "ARIS Platform Matrix" to see the requirements.

If you keep getting errors then share the install.log

Dear André,

didn't work. We perform the server as Matrix recommend and still has the same issue. 

Where install.log is placed?

Well, the logfile seems at the end incomplete. But for the most part the setup was unable to update ARIS Agent. Seems as if you had the ARIS Cloud Controller window still open when the setup was trying to update your installation.

Did you resolve it by now?
