when we run the ARIS cloud controller This error appears to us (This is ACC instance No. 4 running for this user on this machine. Started HTTP server on port 31381 since port 31378 is in use or unavailable.) What could be the problem?
Dear Amani,
That is rather an advice that one or more ACC windows are still running in parallel, either started in your own session, or by other users in parallel. And maybe they are still working on a batch of commands which might influence the status of runnables you are intending to modify.
If under that message the ACC prompt is still shown, you can continue your work.

It is not a problem, just an information. You can work in the ACC window. It's just to inform you, that this may not be the only ACC window you have opened.
