Dears;
when we run the Acc and run "startall" and "list" commands, I found that there is a deactivated service, which is "dashboarding_m DEACTIVATED 10.0.21.0 com.aris.dashboarding.dashboarding-run-prod". I have tried to use the "stopall" command followed by "startall", but the issue persists. As shown in the screenshots below:
What could be the problem?

Did you try: "start dashboarding_m"?
And: do you have licenses in place for Aware?

Dear Amani,
I guess you have not chosen ARIS Aware in the ARIS Server setup. If you left that option unchecked, then you won't get the dashboarding (=ARIS Aware) component activated.
If you have purchased ARIS including ARIS Aware (dashboarding), and have imported the necessary license keys, you could simply activated that runnable in ARIS Cloud Controller:
activate dashboarding_m
