is it possible to create and export code out of Aris Express based on a modeled Workflow?
is this possible when using the Aris Express freeware version?

Hi,
no, it is not, ARIS Express does not provide any export functionality (PDF and graphic only).
You could import your Express files into the ARIS repository using the Business Architect (or use the Architect or Business Designer right from the start) and generate code from there.
But you would need to create the export logic anyway, which means, examine the workflow and generate your code export algorithm. ARIS Business Architect provides programming possibilities.
But it does not provide any out-of-the-box code generation, if that was the question.
