Unexpected error: Ant start exited with 1 while starting elastic_m?

Can someone shed light on this error from the ARISClougAgent log file when I try to run "startall" from the ARIS 10 Controller?

ACC+ localhost>startall
The runnable zoo_m is started.
Starting elastic_m.
Could not start all runnables on  node localhost.
Unexpected error: Ant start exited with 1

"com.aris.prov.agent.lifecycle.ant.AntAdapter - UNsuccessfully executed Ant with target run in working directory e:\SoftwareAG\ARIS10.0\server\bin\.\work\work_elastic_m for target run, exit code 1"
