ARIS cloud trial database backup

My company has ARIS on-premise. Until I could get my remote access to ARIS, I have done some work using the ARIS Cloud trial. I successfully managed to restore the company database in my ARIS cloud. Is it possible to get a backup of the database?

Hi Ann

Do you still have access?
If yes, you can create a backup of the ARIS database via the ARIS Cloud Admin

(See screenshot attached)
Else we need to know the name of your project room.

Hi Christoph,

Thank you for your reply. Sorry for the delayed response - I was expecting an email notification. I do not appear to have that fuinctionality in my cloud trial version. The project room is globalmanufacturing1.

I'm also looking to convert my IE data models to Relation(solution) diagrams. Is there an automatic way of doing this?

Your access is still valid . See the link here with more details how to backup your database

Thank you but I don't think I can get the Administrator capability with the trial version. I've made the decision to simply start over in the on-premise version anyway, thanks.
