I need to restore e previous version of an Epc; how can I do this operation ?

Ciao Lucia,
I am not sure if you can do this on ARIS Advanced.
With Architect you would need a separate, preferably empty database as a target.
- open the versioned model read-only and merge it into the other database.
- log off from the original db and log in again at the workplace (head) version
- merge the model from the other db into your workplace version.
