Can anyone help with this?
What is the best object to use to represent a Service Level Agreement (SLA) or would this be best displayed as an attribute against a function? How could you attach this to a set of functions? (For example Funtions 1, 2 & 3 must be completed within 22 business days.)
Any assistance would be gratefully recieved.
