I like to expose the business processes that were entered to IRIS on my organization's portal, so around 5000 employee could view them (only view without having any other permission) do I need licenses for those 5000 employee to only view the existing processes?

Which ARIS products are you using? ARIS Architect as stand-alone with local databases? ARIS Design Server? ARIS Connect Server?
When e.g. using ARIS Connect Server you could publish your processes to 5000 employees via ARIS Connect Viewer.
To evaluate that and other options I suggest to discuss with your local Software AG sales representative.

Hi Bashar,
You could publish said processes at database level through the ARIS Publisher and then set the profile for [Anonymous Access], this way anyone with the link to the ARIS Publisher can access the profile to view the processes without requiring additional licenses.

Hello Bashar,
You only need to buy licenses for the number of people who are going to view the processes concurrently.
A license may be used by several persons, but not concurrently.
