I have a requirement to understand more about the potential for managing views within the ARIS 9.x portal.
I have explored the 'Manage Views' area of the portal administration, but the concepts of view items, fact sheets and how they work together isn't really intuitive from this view. The associated help files also don't really elaborate on the concepts and provide very high level information about how an ARIS 9 views are composed.
I'm particularly interested in a) understanding how views are determined at runtime as they appear to be determined by the model / object type being displayed, b) the customization options that are offered by this view management functionality (understanding more about items, fact sheets and which elements of them can be changed, and c) any documentation that could help in understanding this aspect of the server functionality.
I should add that I have already created a custom view, based on a standard delivered view, but am struggling to customize this much further.
Any information would be gratefully received.
