In our organization we use a virtual desktop (Citrix). Recently, we switched from ARIS 7.1 to ARIS 7.2. Initially, we had some problems that were caused by our firewall.
There is still one problem. When you don't log of at the end of the day, but leave the desktop by clicking 'Disconnect' and you leave open ARIS overnight, the next time you return to your desktop there's an extra diaglog on top of the program, called "Navigation mode". That dialog cannot be closed. When trying to, you get the notification "Do you really want to exit the navigation mode?". Clicking Yes has no result. The only way to get rid of it is closing ARIS.
Has anyone ever seen this before?
