Different clients simultaneously reported a significant increase in connection interruptions between ARIS Cloud Advanced Architect and Server. Also reported that Architect began to 'hang', so they need to close it through the Task manager.
In fact, today, one of the clients reported more than 30 interruptions during the day (every 15 minutes).
The issue was registered after the update to SR24.
Clients are different, there are no changes in clients' infrastructure. The staff works from different places (in the office, at home), but reports are the same - 'impossible to work because of interruptions'.
