I need to know the functionality of the follow models
1. - Role assignment diagram (RAD).
2. - SAP organizational elements mapping.
Because I need the best practice to represented the relation between Rol Sap and Position from organizational chart considering the use of transaction by Rol, and simplify de model attached.

The RAD I suggest to use only if you can not connect a Transaction via a Process Step to a Role, hence you build a direct relationship between role and T code. This is useful for Master data management and SAP support processes. You essentially avoid process design here.
The Org mapping model you can use to define the Sap Org hierachy (enterprise structure) and map it back to the organisation - this is very detailed almost physical modelling.
