A completely different aspect for using a voice assistant like Alexa would be the use case of accessibility for handicapped people.
A blind employee wants to know:
- Alexa, ask ARIS: Which processes are relevant for me?
- Alexa, ask ARIS: Which process steps of process X (X= specific process like sales order processing) am I responsible for?
- Alexa, ask ARIS: Read the complete process flow of process X (X=specific process like sales order processing)
Especially the last question is the most important in the use case of accessibility. Alexa could read the complete process flow like it is displayed in „process steps“ view tab of ARIS Connect. As accessibility is always a big problem in all visual tools this would add a great advantage to ARIS Connect for every handicapped user group.
