Page Cannot be Displayed when connecting to browser

Unfortunately, that information is insufficient. Which IE version are you using?

Did you export your ARIS database to Publisher yourself? Was not properly accessible for other users?

And did you try to with another browser just to exclude any other reason?

E.g. a portable Firefox doesn't require an installation.

Last resort, do you/your company have a maintenance contract? Then go to Empower, the customer portal of Software AG, and create a support ticket.
