Mass Model Attribute Value Changing

Hi,

I'd like to know how is possible (if it is possible:-) ) to change Model Attribute Value in more models than one en block.

I mean if I want to change e.g. name of the model owner in more models and I don't want to open each model individually what is time consuming.

hi,

Yes you can do that using "Attribute Wizard" feature ,

you can select Multiple model/Object and using Start toolbar-> Attribute ->Attribute Wizard option you can set one or more attribute with specific value. ( IN ARIS 9.x )

If ARIS 7.x this feature is directly available in Context Menu (Right Click menu )

Note : value will be same for all model, like 10 model set with "xyz" process owner value.

to set different value with different model you need to write a report for that, using XLS Import and Export,

HI, thanks a lot,

I have ARIS 7.2.4 version....

Meantime I have found in help:

-Log in to the database in the Explorer module.

-Select the database or any database items. Your selection determines which attributes you can specify or delete in the Attribute Wizard.

-Right-click the selection, and select Attribute Wizard.

The problem is that the step no 3. doesn't work. When I righ-click the selection , there is is no Attibute Wizard choice offered. :-(
