Hello guys,
i cant find one of my project rooms in aris cloud, i was working "in" it for like 10 days and suddenly its not any more in the List after the login.
Clearing the cache did not fix the problem : - /
The other project room is "Locked" - i dont know why, the licence expires 12/2020, the licence of the room which disappeared .. in 2021.

We checked the system and both project rooms are active and looks good.
Do you use for both project rooms the same password for log in? If not, you will only see one project room. Please reset the password for "walter422" if you don't know it anymore.
Project room "imp092020" is also active, but it looks like you have no license assigned to you. Could you please ask another user of the system to assign you the license.

everything works now again, i resettet the password and chose the same password for both projectrooms.
I thought the software groups the project rooms by the primary key EMAIL, now I understand how its works .. thanks lot!
