I need get a new password to ARIS Site Administrator. our last ARIS administrator left the company and changed this password.
Is there some way to change again??
I saw that in the server, in the confing files, there is one that has a parameter with siteadmin password.
This is the file defaultServerSettings
Someone knows if is possible change the password in this file?? or Someone knows where change this password.??

Hi, David!
Try to delete the line between <siteadmin></siteadmin> in this file, save the file to reset the password. Do this when ARIS Business Server is stopped. Then restart server. The password should be changed to the default value SITEADMIN
Do not forget to make a backup defaultServerSettings before.
