Downloading the student editions of ARIS

Hey folks,

I just registered with my university mail adress and requested the download links / product keys.

The mails reached me without any problems, however, the provided downloads links are not valid. That goes for all the student products, but ARIS Express, as I could download this one via the homepage.

Any idea how I can solve this problem?

With wich web-browser did you try to download the ARIS products?

Did you try different methods to download the files (http,ftp etc.) ?

Hey,

I tried downloading it with Firefox 11.0 and the newest IE.

The provided links were http only, but I will try it with a ftp prefix.

edit:

I tried the provided http links again and now they seem to work. That's really odd, but as it works now... /closed
