I want to find out if there is a way or method to give our user training on our current processes. We use powerpoint to train, but not everybody is familiar with the ARIS notation and printing some of the processes on A3 is still to small to read.
Any advice for a proper training tool for this, the current report as our training guide is not usable.
Dear Dicky,
If the training is about getting to know the business processes, many ARIS customers are using ARIS Publisher to accomplish that.
Surfing the process repository is the best way to understand the processes. Participants can set favorites on models they are interested in or being part of with. Or they reduce the complexity of processes to avoid looking at too large models.
Is that what you were thinking of?
Cheers
Rune
We've ended up having to make the processes and information more consumable by effectively developing a sharepoint site from the publisher html export, as we don't find Publisher an easy-to-use tool.
ARIS 9 Connect though, looks like it will go some way to address the usability issue.
