(SOLVED) Locked model

I have a model locked, because it's editing by one user. The user is logged out. I logged out the user, wait some time and check it again, but the lock continues. Any ideas about how can I solve this? I have already make a copy of the process to work with, but I can't delete either. Can any one give me a hand with this? Is Aris 9.7

Hi Diego,

There is a two possibilities, one is the user session is locked on the server or some resources is blocked in server.

Go to Server and open the ARIS Administration Tool and use the command 'sessions' to see if this user id still connected, then if yes, kill his session and try to edit the model again.

But if you don't see this user id logged, then restart the ARIS server service, if you are running the 7.1 start the business server and if you are running the 9.x restart the ABS runnable.

Problem solve, kill every sessions of that user, after asked to logout, and ready to go!!!

Hi André

I have the same problem over and over again. There is a way to prevent it? Or a way to check what is the main cause of this behavior? Cause I don't want to do it once every 2 days.

When I open a model, i see message " An item is already being edited by user (my own email id)". I have the admin privileges, still i can't kill the sessions and restart the model. If anyone has solution kindly advice.
