I try to start working with mashzone - login (user system for example) after thaht i arrived in http://localhost/mashzone/app/Welcome.html and see this massage:
"Invalid URL: Please use the start URL of your ARIS Connect installation."
Please help solve this problem. I cant undestand what should to do. In documentation i cant see any information for solve.
It looks as if you are trying to use aris connect license keys. MashZone has it's own keys and won't work with cloud keys on this way.
Can you please tell me which version you have installed.

I have the same problem, version is 9.7 and I have imported the mashzone keys for sure. After first login to mashzone, I am asked to go into Central User Management and assign license and function privileges to the user. I did so with the system user. Now opening http://localhost:4080/mashzone leads to this error: Invalid URL: Please use the start URL of your ARIS Connect installation.
I will appreciate some clues from Software AG here.

Maybe the installation was made in other folder that the standard or by default. The installation save the file Welcome.html (http://localhost/mashzone/app/Welcome.html) where MashZone has the link by default but I've told you, there isn't linked.
Other important isseu could be that the "Services" are not started. You can start it in windows: Star Menu->All programs->ARIS MashZone folder-> Star ARIS MashZone Server (as Service). Run this as Administrator (with right clic button). Next... Star ARIS MashZone Server (as Application). And try to access in: http://localhost/mashzone/app/Welcome.html
