How can you delete (Remove) Client (Environment) from ARIS ARCM?

Hi,
removing or deactivating environments from ARCM database is not supported.
But there is a workaround which would cause loss of environment independent issue-objects*:
- Export environments (available for system-administrator at: Administration > Import/export > Export environments) and download arr-file.
- Stop ARCM server and drop/recreate ARCM database.
- Start ARCM server and import exported environments (available for system-administrator at: Administration > Import/export > Import data). After uploading arr-file you can choose which environments of arr-file you would like to import.
* Environments export does only export items with relation to exported environments, because of that only issues with issue-relevant object of any environment will be included.
