Thanks Elke. This webinar was really insightful - really interesting to see how Centrica addresses ERM using a process-based approach with ARIS.
I raised a couple of questions during the GRC Webinar. Here are the answers:
| Which risk types/ categories is Centrica addressing/ managing with the ARIS Solution for GRC and which not? | Originally centred on Financial Reporting Risks but has moved into all other areas. Different parts of the Group are working in different areas eg HSE, compliance etc | |
| How important is the management of Occupational Health and Safety Risks for Centrica? What role does ARIS play to address this risk category? |
Health and Safety is our number one priority across the Group. We are using ARIS in a number of areas especially using the BowTie analysis tool to mange Health and Safety Risks. This area will grow as we go forward. |

| Has ARIS been used at Centrica to address quality management aspects such as establishing a QMS in line with ISO 9000 and other standards (eg. ISO20K, ISO27K)? | Not yet but we are working in that area. |
