Hello Everyone,
when I'm searching for logging logs in Aris connect 9.8 after 3 weeks is empty, its something wrong with my configuration?

Where you look for log files? And what do you expect to find?
On that computer where your ARIS Connect Server 9.8 is running, you can get all the log files via a batch script collectLogFiles.bat located in C:\SoftwareAG\ARIS10.0\support. That results in a ZIP file with dozens of log files of all ARIS components (runnables). In case you ran into an issue, Global Support ARIS needs those files in order to track down the root cause of the issue you have observed.
