1. I am a regular user of ARIS Express but am wondering if I can import the methodology we created (ie specific filter) into ARIS Express?
2. Can I import diagrams from the full version of ARIS into ARIS Express?

Hi,
no, this is not possible. You can import ARIS Express models into the Business server using ARIS Business Architect, but not vice versa.
