ARIS Architekt & Designer does not load querys or Ad Hoc analysis

Hi community,

i try to start the query/ad hoc analysis menu in ARIS Architekt & Designer (10.x ; Student License).

But it doesnt load and the whole Programm crashes/freez.

Anyone else with the same issue ?
