Hello Fauziah,
I am not aware of a reference document of AML. But you can find the DTD on the installation media. AML is generally a proprietary transport format between different ARIS installations. Very few customers go through the effort of building solutions on AML format, but I believe there are solutions on the market, which offer integration to other tools using transformations of AML.
