We have ARIS installed on a Large Scenario because we think that the worst possibility is that 100 users will log in concurrently. Unfortunately when it gets less than 100 user log in concurrently, the server turns on and off.
We've installed on a server with 52 GB of RAM and 24 CPU Cores. Based on the System Requirement, it's more than enough.
Is there any settings that I can configure to prevent the random downtime?

You can monitoring the ARIS while the users are working, for example you can open the ARIS Health Checks to see if some bottleneck are visible. Just open the http://ARISConnect.com/acc/ui and do a login using system or superuser account in tenant Master, then is possible to run the "heart" icon to collect the information from Server.
If you're facing some high memory consume will display and which component is getting more resources...

Will it still work even if I use the tenant Master?
