Please provide more information which ARIS server product of which version have you installed?

Hi Rune, sorry, I just upload the attachment...
The product is ARIS Architect & Designer, version 9.6..( in Spanish)

When you upload a file here, you choose a file on your computer's drive, then click Send it to server, and wait until the upload has finished (when the percentage counter shown next to the status bar of your browser reached 100%).
You can get to the folder %userprofile%/ARIS90/log by pasting that link in the address bar of Windows Explorer. %userprofile% is a Windows environment variable which will be resolved to your personal profile folder, e.g. C:\Users\fgonzalezn\ARIS90\log.
Archive/zip that log folder and attach it to your reply here.
