Configuration of share model

Dear users,

One of the user of our ARIS community tried to shared model in connect ! We reproduce that case by sharing an EPC with 2 users of our restricting analyst group by filling the form in connect.

The user in our ARIS configuration are linked to LDAP and so ARIS knows their email address however after validating and even after receiving a confirmation of ARIS that the message has been sent, , the recipients did not received any email from ARIS.

I also tried to check the box to "sent me a copy" but I did not receive anything.

What wrong ?

Should we configure an SMTP parameter somewhere to be able to share models ?

Dear Frédéric,

Did you specify the SMTP/mail server in the ARIS Connect Server setup?

Even if not, you can set these parameters also afterwards via ARIS Cloud Controller.

Either search for "mail.smtp" in the overall output:

show cfg

Or get/set all parameters individually:

get mail.smtp.host
get mail.smtp.port
get mail.sender.address

Hi Rune,

Thanks for your answer! you conclude in the same direction that I was thinking and I will test and let community know however I need more time to check all consequences on all runnables on all nodes config before to update SMTP. I don't want create another issues by resolving this one...
