While modeling a Collaberation map. why are some tools not available. Examples, are bold. colors, underlines, color to tasks etc.
My understanding that it is model template based

There is no formatting available to post the commentaries in Collaboration, you can raise a Feature Request via https://aris.ideas.aha.io

André is right. When a model is opened in editing mode it is automatically locked for other users.
If you want to allow formatting (which I won't, because ARIS is a process management tool and not a design tool ;) ) you must have the respective priviledge. Only admins can assign that priviledge- it is called attibute formatting and can be found in ARIS Architect on database level on the properties page of users or user groups.

Good morning All. Question. I have added 70 models. Controls have been identified and associated with the task. I now want to pull the data in a consolidated report (inventory) of where all the controls are. Cab you help. I have been playing for a week now. It can be in ARIS form or direct to Excel.
