Aris cloud basic - access lost

Dear Sir,

I lost the access to my project room : "vitrans".

The reason it may be because I have created first a trial room vitrans and afterwards I have decided to go for a 6 months subscription with the same project room that I paid in full.

I received notification that my trial project room will be disable, however because the subscription was paid I was not worried that I will lose access to my work.

I will appreciate your support in directing me to recover access to my project room vitrans as soon as possible as I am facing a tight deadline in delivering my project.

Hi,

I come back to the issue above, because meanwhile I noticed that I have 2 project rooms on my name:

a trial version : project room vitrans - the diagrams are developed here and I lost access as the 30 days trial expired
a 6 months subscription version : project room vitrans1 - paid but not used

I failed to notice that I was working on the trial version instead of the paid subscription project room.

I will highly appreciate your support in order to retrieve my work from vitrans to vitrans1 , or to reallocate my paid subscription on the project room vitrans in order to continue my work.
