LS.,
I've got several pc's and ARIS Express runs well on all of them. But my newest one runs on Windows 7 and it doesn't come through the installation sequence. First I had Java problems but the seamed to be solved now.
Can anybody give a hint?

I got ARIS Express running on a Windows 7 with 32 and 64 bit. I didn't encounter any problems. Is your PC located in a corporate network using a proxy server? Are you able to run other Java applications? What happens exactly during install? Have you cleared the Java cache and started from scratch with the installation? Maybe your first attempts using a broken Java installation somehow broke ARIS Express?
Hi,
on some machines, we encounter problems with different JREs. Some users have an appropriate JRE version in 64 Bit, but the 32 Bit JRE is taken, which was installed in an old version.
Please check, which JRE versions are installed. You can also try this link to download Express.
In your Java console, you can switch on the console output. There, in one of the first lines printed out, the uses JRE version is displayed.
Bye,
Frank
