Problems with synchronizing the BPR from SOLMAN to ARIS

Hello,

I've encounter some problems synchronizing the BPR from SOLMAN to ARIS and I need some help.

After finishing the synchronization of the project from SOLMAN to ARIS, while trying to synchronize the BPR to ARIS and got the following error massage:

Here is the Server properties which I've stated:

this is the code while openning the web service URL:

After the error massage appeared the only items that were created was the system landscape:

Please advise...

Hi Guy,

you get such a error message if the BRP Web-Service URL is not valid or the SAP system cannot be connected.

But it seems that the BPR service is running and working - the IE screenshot looks okay. But you have to keep in mind that the BPR synchronization is executed on the ARIS server. Therefore you have to check the URL on the system on which the ARIS Business server is running. Maybe it is not possible to connect the SAP system from there. Or you can use the LOCAL server - then the BPR synchronization is on the local System on which the ARIS Business Architect is installed. Sometimes you it is required that the SAP system in the URL is defined with a full DNS name like this one:

http://sapsols04.corp.ids-scheer.com:8000/sap/bc/solman/bpr?sap-client=001

The system landscape is not transfered via the Web-Service but via the JCo connection.
