Hi,
at the moment we have a ARIS 9.7 installation, since 2 weeks the clients disconnect in irregular intervals, anybody know this problem? Which Log File could write there the error?

Had the same issue with ARIS7 and at times even now with ARIS9, what works for me is to clear the java cache on the client workstation.
- Open Control Panel
- Open Java
- Click on View under Temporary internet files on the General tab
- Select all the Applications and delete them
- Select all the Resources and delete them
- Re-start ARIS client
