I downloaded and installed the actual ARIS Express 2.3 on my Windows 7 64bit system with JAVA 6.29. After trying to start I got a message "can not start system". Is a 64bit ARIS Express 2.3 available or can anybody give me ab hint how to cure 2.3 for a 64bit system?

the JRE version in 64 Bit and 32 Bit do not seem to work properly together.
Could you install, in addition, a new 32-Bit version of the JRE?

yo voy a instalar lo mismo, en un sistema windows de 64 bits, ojala no tenga ese problem,a, pero si fuera así, dime como lo areglastes...un gusto saludar a esat comunidad.

Yesterday I installed ARIS Express 2.3 on my laptop (Windows 7 64bit). Java version was 6.22 (preset Sony Vaio). The first launch was unsuccessful - got an error (an error I did not record). The second launch was successful, but hangs when opening a template (I had to kill the process). I upgraded java to 6.29 64bit, then repeatedly ran the ARIS, all attempts were successful.
I would like to start using the ARIS with java version 7.01, but still do not understand how this can be done without reinstalling the ARIS.
