ARIS Consultant and Process Analyst ARIS Consultant and Process Analyst – process analysis and workshop facilitator, including support for process inventory and modeling efforts, process documentation, facilitate process improvement discussions and defining KPIs. 

Duties:
ARIS Administration, including:
- ARIS governance
- Maintenance and configuration of ARIS tools
- ARIS software version upgrades
- Maintaining and backing up the ARIS databases and Web publisher
- Security access
- Support ARIS synchronization activities with SAP Solution Manager
- Maintain the ARIS Change Control process
- Supporting ARIS user usage inquiries
- Trouble shooting and resolving ARIS users request and trouble tickets including off-hour support
- ARIS Training

Specific Duties:
• Job Duty 1 – Defining process inventories (15%)
• Job Duty 2 – Process Modelling (30%)
• Job Duty 3 – Facilitating process definition and process improvement workshops (15%)
• Job Duty 4 – ARIS Administration and Support (35%)
• Job Duty 5 – ARIS Training (5%)

Required Skills:
• Minimum of 4 years experience using ARIS Business Process Modeling software particularly with the Designer and Architect modules
• Knowledge and understanding of ARIS synchronization activities with SAP Solution Manager
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager
• Process Improvement: proficiency to demonstrate process improvement in practical and complex situations
• Quality Assurance: participates in establishing, communicating and monitoring of standards for quality and excellence
• Best Practices: knowledge and understanding of best practices and proficient in the practical application of these business process management
• Consulting: able to operate as a consultant demonstrating ability to work well with clients at all levels, comprehend the client perspectives and assess business concepts quickly
• Works to support the resolution of conflicts; promotes collaboration and group consensus as needed
• Business Analysis: proficient in decomposing business processes into discrete components for evaluation
• Proactive self-starter and able to work independently and effectively in a team
• Must have the ability to work on multiple efforts concurrently
• Strong public speaking skills
• Strong group facilitation skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

Education / Training:
• BS degree in in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related
• ITIL Foundation Certification for either ITIL v.2 or v.3 Preferred
• SAP certification in Master Data
• Must be able to clear National Agency Check and Inquiry

Work Hours:  M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
