Are you using ARIS to get SAS70 certified? We are in the certification process using ARIS to model our business. I would love to get in touch with other ARIS users who are (or have been) dealing with this to share experience.
Few questions for starters:
Which parts from ARIS do you use in the SAS70 report?
Do you use the ProcHandboek? (or is this just a Dutch thing?)
Any pitfalls you can warn us for?
