We have around 30 groups in ARIS database with various privileges assigned to the users; however we could not find any of the created group, these are either deleted or hidden (assuming).
Can you kindly advise how we can recover those groups or is it possible to restore the groups from the backup (we have backup files as shown below)
Please advise.

Dear Junaid,
You show above an export from ARIS User Management. Such files are only created for backup reasons, not meant to be manipulated manually. When you create ARIS tenant backups the UMC data is already included.
Which of your 30 user groups are shown on this ARIS Administation page?
