Dear All,
One of the users face issue when accessing ARIS Designer 9.8, after sometime user gets error message like, connection to server has been interrupted and to connect again she has to launch client all over again.
Could you please help here and also where exactly I can look for user specific logs.

logs are here: %userprofile%\ARIS90\log
Some customers have this from time to time. The problem is the stability of your network, where the "keep alive" calls from the client to the server, that keeps up the connection, are failing. Please contact your IT to get support and to analyse network stability.
