I did not received all three E-Mails. Just the first two. I miss the third E-Mail with the login credentials. I already checked my spam folder.

I reset my password and it said that it will be sent to me by email. But it is already one hour ago and I still did not get the email with the password.
The initial email to reset the password I got but not the email with the actual password.
I checked all my email folders, there is no email.

did you receive the mail with the subject "ARIS Cloud - Reset your password"? If yes, this mail includes a confirmation link, please click on the link. After that you will receive another mail with the subject "ARIS Cloud - User Password reset" this contains the link to reset your password (Attention the link is only valid for 60 minutes).
If you didn't receive the first mail with subject "ARIS Cloud - Reset your password" please let us know.

I did receive the first email "ARIS CLoud - Reset your Password". And then I said that my password was reset and that I would get an email with the password but I did not get that email. So I did not get the second email "ARIS Cloud - User Password Reset".

The issue is, your university has some strict email filtering security mechanisms installed which are blocking our emails. Please consult your university’s data centre for help to allow emails from us.
Kindly let your fellow students also know about this as there are similar requests from your university.
