Last week, my ARIS users encounter this error and they couldn't access ARIS but after a few minutes, they tried to login again and it worked.
Can anybody explain to me why this had happened? The cause and how can it be prevented? Thanks!

Are you authenticating your credentials via LDAP?, if yes , did the recent password change reflected?

The screenshots provided doesn't give you many information for troubleshooting.
On previous version of ARIS, it was generating a dedicated log file that would allow pin pointing the root cause.
My assumption based on those symptoms is that the connection to the ldap stays always open on ARIS side but the AD/fw will close it if Idle too long.
ARIS will then retry after few seconds/minutes to re-establish a new connection.
