ARIS Export Issue

Hi,

I have tried using the ARIS export function to create a JPG but that didn’t work. A JPG file was created, but the file size was zero bytes.

Our ARIS version is 7.2.

How can we generate this export?

What have you done exactly? Normally, you should just right click on a model and select Export -> Image. Have you maybe chosen to export only selected objects without selecting any?

I have done the same way - right click on the model and select Export - As graphic (select "export entire graphic" and save it on the desktop with JPEG Image file).

When we double click this JPEG file, we got message "Windows Photo Viewer can't display this picture because the file is empty".
