REALLY NEED HELP!! - Can we migrate data from one user to another without losing data?

When I log in I have the Server name, Connection name, User and Password. 

I was informed that although we are working in the same Server, because our Connection name is different they can not edit or see the business process model/ design I did on ARIS.

​So we need to change my Connection name (and must be equal to the connection name my colleagues are using) so that we all can see and edit each other's work.​ I believe that the administrator can change my connection name, but if he (administrator) does, all the business process models/ designs that I did using the old connection name are going to be lost? Can the administrator change my connection name without my data (business process designs) being lost?

the connection name is irrelevant. This is only for your own information. You can enter here whatever you want.

If you are using the same servername and the tenant(see the details for the connection), you should see the same data, depending on the user access rights.
