Hi,
I have an issue while transferring SAP shortcut function(occurrence copy of an SAP function) from ARIS to Solution Manager. The version of Solution Manager which I am using is 7.1 and that of ARIS is 7.2. In my knowledge both these version supports synchronization of SAP shortcuts.
The problem which I am facing is there is no option of “Transfer new Shortcuts” in synchronization wizard. Kindly find below the snapshot of the same.

As a result of which only the main object definition is synchronized to Solution Manager while its Shortcut is ignored.
Kindly help me in this regard.

Have you activated the use of shortcuts in the client settings? Please start ARIS Business Architect for SAP and go to "View-Options-SAP Options-Solution Manager".
Select the "Use shortcuts" option.
I'm not sure if this will solve your issue, but it is a place to start.
