Is it possible to use fragment such that all users can use the fragment I created?
If not, is there another solution to display automatically a model title on the ARIS model?

Not directly as Fragments are user based. I have created "template" models that hold fragments intended to be shared. Place the fragment in the template model and save it in a location that all users can access. Each user that wants to make use of the the fragments can open the model select the portion they want to use and create a fragment from it. If you have access to a developer it is also possible to add the lines directly to the user configuration file so that each user doesn't have to manually add and update fragments. If you are planning to make extensive use of them this is a path you could take. Also, if you are creating lots of templates or using a lot of user specific settings you should make backup copies of your user configuration file periodically in case it gets over-written by an upgrade or you have to re-install ARIS or change computers for any reason.

However, i don't understand how could you include a fragment in a telmplate. Only symbols can be included into a template model, and at last the model background colour.
Could you tell me how could you include a fragment in a template? thank you in advance.

Sorry, I didn't mean an ARIS Template. Just a model that we saved in a folder called Templates. Some fragments are model specific so you might need to create several models of different model types.
